Privacy

This page explains what happens to information when you read First Digest. The short version: the site does not ask you for personal details.

Who is responsible

The responsible party is Napoli M.S. Marketing Ltd., company number 517179008, Bilu 37 Ofakim 8757631 Israel. You can write to meiry@napoli-ms.digital about anything on this page.

What we collect

First Digest has no sign-up forms, no accounts, no comment sections and no newsletter. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number or any other personal details, and we do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers.

Technical data

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This data is used to keep the site running and secure.

Code loaded from other hosts

The article page loads two code libraries from public content delivery networks. When your browser fetches them, those hosts receive technical details such as your IP address, under their own policies.

When you follow a link to a provider

Calls to action in the article take you to a provider’s own website. The address of the link includes a campaign reference so the provider can recognise that the visit came from our article. Anything you enter on the provider’s site is collected by the provider under its own privacy notice, not by us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, data protection law, such as South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act or the GDPR where it applies, may give you rights to ask what personal information is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to complain to a regulator. Write to us at the address above and we will respond.

Children

First Digest is written for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and its date.
